Strukturen haben nur den einen Zweck, die Prozesse bestmöglich zu unterstützen. Für die Gesundheitsversorgung bedeutet dies: Auf allen Ebenen des Gesundheitssystems den Mut aufzubringen, sich ausschließlich an Krankheitsbildern und Versorgungsbedürfnissen zu orientieren, – im Sinne einer gelebten Kultur der Versorgungsqualität.Historically evolved structures form the starting point, integrated health care is the essential objective.
